Practice Schedule
The first practice is scheduled for the afternoon of May 27, following the opening party on May 26.
- While Wake County Public Schools are still in session (May 27-June 11), practices will take place Monday to Thursday, afternoons only.
- When school is out, practice is offered both mornings and afternoons. This year the first morning practice will be Friday, June 12. Morning practice takes place Monday through Friday unless there is a meet. *Please note there is NO PRACTICE ON THE MORNINGS AFTER SWIM MEETS (every Wednesday beginning June 17).
Morning (June 12-July 17, Monday-Friday)
- Training Team: 8:30 AM - 9:00 AM
- 8 and under: 9:00 AM - 10:00 AM
- 9 and over: 10:00 AM - 11:00 AM
Afternoon (May 27-July 16, Monday-Thursday)
- Training Team: 4:15 PM - 4:45 PM
- 8 and under: 4:45 PM - 5:45 PM
- 9 and over: 5:45 PM - 6:45 PM
