Good Morning (again!), Racquetfish-

Tomorrow evening, we will host our last (!) meet of the season, welcoming Coachman's Trail. You may remember we swam at their pool for last year's last meet, and ended early due to rain... I'm feeling more optimistic about tomorrow's weather!

Below please find report time, other reminders, and the volunteer lineup. The heat sheet will follow tomorrow; though, you should be able to see your swimmer's events in the Swimtopia app (with heat/lane assignments to follow this evening/tomorrow). In case of last-minute illness or emergency, let Coach Christian know at your earliest convenience.

1. Time & Location: 4:45pm report time@ our pool! Check in all swimmers and volunteers with ME when you arrive to confirm your swimmer’s presence and intention to swim all their events; please TEXT me if you’re running behind and won’t be there by 5:15pm--if your swimmer is on the heat sheet and we haven't heard from you, we'll have to take them off at that time to make subs ahead of the meet start. When we host, warm-ups begin promptly at 5:00pm.
2. Set Up: Set up for our team is on the near/shallow end side of the pool deck. We reserve the far end/deep end for the visiting team.
3. What to Bring: Critical are black team suit, goggles (and backups!), towel(s), and team t-shirt and swim cap.
4. Concessions: Jason's team will be serving up the following, in addition to regular snack bar concessions:
• Beef Taco - $7
• Chicken Taco - $7
  (Both w/ Salsa and Cheese)
• Hot Dog - $4
5. 6 & Under Fly Race is on! This is an optional, untimed, full-length butterfly race for 6 & unders, and all participants will get a treat. We'll hold this after all ages have completed breaststroke, weather permitting.
6. Parent/Coach Relay is also on! We'll plan to hold this at the very end of the night, weather permitting. Kids LOVE it when their parents swim! Chime in to the GroupMe if you'd like to participate.
7. Volunteer Lineup/Instructions: If you’re volunteering, check in with me at our table when you arrive. We will hold a volunteer meeting (meet admin, clerk, runner, stroke & turn, and timers) at 5:45pm near the zero-entry area. Please listen for that announcement and be ready to meet and get organized at that time. Exception is kid pushers will meet with Laura Bryant on the pool deck near the putting course area at this time for instructions/last-minute changes. The lineup is as follows:
