Happy Monday, Racquetfish!

I have a few important updates for you this morning, with action items in RED..

1. Coach Gifts. It's almost time to show our appreciation to our outstanding coaching staff for the passion, dedication, and fun they've show our kids this summer. I'll be taking up a collection for coach gifts for Christian, Sadie, Sofia, Freya, and Hallsey over the next week. You can contribute any amount to Venmo @christy-revels, Paypal - [email protected], or by handing me cash or check at practice or meets. The deadline to contribute is Sunday evening, 7/19.

2. End of Season Banquet. We look forward to celebrating an exceptionally wonderful Racquetfish and Racquetguppy season at our banquet next Tuesday, 7/21 at 5pm. We'll have a luau-themed buffet from Jason (included for your family in your season registration fee), awards, and a slide show. RSVPs are due by this Friday night, 7/17 at 11:30pm (just like meets :)).

3. Slide Show Contributions. To have a great slide show featuring all your swimmers, we need YOU to upload your photos and videos of practices and meets to this google drive link: https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/1KuIpfT5Jk_oWr52ZqwwwcKTMitM7XlYH?usp=sharing This works best when you download the google drive app on your phone. Please upload photos and videos no later than this Friday night, 7/17, so the Hartzells have some time to work their magic!

4. Parent Council (NEW!). It's always just a few of us discussing great new ideas for our swim team at the end of each season, but we know you have ideas, too! For parents who are interested in meeting a couple of times in the off-season to share ideas and plans for making the swim team the best it can be, please reach out to me at [email protected].

Meet information for tomorrow night will follow in another email today, and more details for the TSA meet will follow later this week (to those signed up, only).
