Happy Friday, Racquetfish! 

We've made it to the halfway mark, and our kids sure are having a good time! I have a few updates for you. Please read to the end and note action items in RED:

1. RSVP for Tuesday's meet at JCC by TONIGHT, if you haven't already. We have 23 swimmers still undeclared. Signups are due by 11:30pm tonight. We also still need the following volunteers--I'll begin voluntelling this weekend if I have to (don't make me!) :
• A 7/8 and 9/10 girls pusher,
• Two 7/8 and 9/10 boys pushers,
• A Head Kid Pusher, and
• 2 Timers.
2. TSA Championship Meet will take place on Sunday, 7/21, and we are hoping to have a good show! This is an optional meet held throughout the day at the Triangle Aquatic Center ("TAC") in Cary. It's an impressive facility (olympians train here!) and the kids love to be a part of it, see their names in lights, and have their families and team cheer them on. Important details:
• The day is broken up into chunks by age group, and your swimmers will compete league-wide in heats with other swimmers right at their levels.
• For this meet, you'll sign up your swimmer for specific events they'd like to swim. NOTE: 6/Unders will swim the full 25 yards...there are no ropes or kid catchers. You'll sign up in Swimtopia, just as you do for other meets. I've opened sign-up, and the TSA-imposed deadline to sign up is 8pm Wednesday, July 8th.
• If you plan to participate, plan also to volunteer that day (jobs range from bringing and selling snacks to timing, kid pushing and more--the sign-up geniuses can be found at the link below, except kid pushers will sign up as usual in Swimtopia).

3. Our end of year banquet will feature a slideshow to highlight all the fun we've had this season. 4. As a last note, I still have a special kids Hurricanes shirt from our Crabtree meet. Please text me to claim so I can get this back to you!
