Good Afternoon, Racquetfish Families:

Tomorrow evening, we take on the Crabtree Swim Club Swim Machine!

Below please find pool location and report time, other reminders, and the volunteer lineup. The heat sheet will follow tomorrow; though, you should be able to see your swimmer's events in the Swimtopia app. In case of last-minute illness or emergency, let Coach Christian know at your earliest convenience.

1. Time & Location: 5:00pm report time @ 3305 Fairhill Dr., Raleigh, NC 27612. Check in all swimmers and volunteers with ME when you arrive to confirm your swimmer’s presence and intention to swim all their events; please TEXT me at 919-901-7167 if you’re running behind and won’t be there by 5:30pm--if your swimmer is on the heat sheet and I haven't heard from you, we'll have to take them off at that time to make subs ahead of the meet start. Warm-ups begin promptly at 5:30pm.
2. Parking and Set Up: The gravel parking lot is reserved for the Racquetfish, with overflow available on the grass up the hill. When you enter the pool, our team's area is to the LEFT of the pool. Some chaises/tables will be available, but BYO chairs to ensure seating. *NOTE: the playground, baby pool, and volleyball court will be closed during the meet.*
3. What to Bring: Reference the handbook! Critical are black team suit, goggles (and backups!), towel(s), and team t-shirt and swim cap.
4. Concessions: Crabtree will have Marco's pizza and hot dogs for $2/ea., as well as snacks, candy, and drinks for purchase. They accept cash, credit, and venmo.
5. NO 6 & Under Fly Race or Parent/Coach Relay this week, at Crabtree's request.
6. Volunteer Lineup/Instructions: If you’re new to volunteering, welcome! Pick up a clipboard with a heat sheet and pen (if needed for your role) at our table when you arrive. Crabtree will hold a volunteer meeting (all volunteers from both teams) at 5:45pm near the entrance to the bathrooms--only exception is that kid pushers will meet with Riley Bingham on the pool deck near the Clerk of Course area at this time for instructions/last-minute changes. The lineup is as follows:
