Good Evening, Racquetfish Families:

Tomorrow evening we’ll host the Planters Walk Piranhas for our last home meet of the season! 

Below please find report time, important reminders, and the volunteer lineup; heat sheet will follow tomorrow. If your swimmer(s) are on the heat sheet and can't make it, let Coach Ella know at your very earliest convenience!

1. Report Time & Instructions: 4:45pm report time, as we warm up at 5:00pm sharp! Please be sure to check in with ME at the tech admin table when you arrive to confirm your swimmer’s presence and intention to swim all their events. Please text me by 5:30 if you’re late but on the way, so we don’t inadvertently remove your swimmer from the first events: 919-901-7167.
2. What to Bring: Reference handbook! Critical are black team suit, goggles (and backups!), towel(s), team t-shirt and cap, and LOTS OF WATER/GATORADE.
3. Concessions: In addition to the typical concessions available at the snack bar, Chef Jason will repeat the five-star menu from our first home meet, including:
   
   • Chopped BBQ Brisket Sandwich: $10
   • Pulled Pork Sandwich: $7
   • Grilled Chicken Sandwich: $7
4. 6/Under Fly & Parent/Coach Relays: These are on! If you’d like to participate in the parent/coach relay, please message the GroupMe chat and bring your suit.
5. Volunteer Lineup/Instructions: Please pick up a clipboard with a heat sheet and pen (if needed for your role) at our table when you arrive. We will hold a volunteer meeting (all volunteers from both teams) at 5:45pm by the zero-entry/water fountains area—listen for the announcement. Kid pushers will meet there, then come with me for instructions. The lineup is as follows:
